Domestic shipments generally reach customers within 5-7 business days, while international deliveries may require 10-20 business days depending on customs clearance. During peak seasons like holiday periods, we recommend placing orders earlier to account for potential carrier delays.

Shipping Costs

Free Shipping (10-15 Business Days): Applies automatically to orders of $60+

Shipping Regions

Currently serving 30+ countries across North America, Europe, and select Asia-Pacific regions. We cannot ship to PO boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO), or certain remote locations. During checkout, our system automatically verifies deliverability to your specified address. Order Tracking

Within 24 hours of shipment, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier details. If you haven't received tracking details within three business days of your order confirmation, please check your spam folder before contacting customer support.

Delayed or Lost Shipments
